Permanent magnetic alloy SmCo magnets:
1) Distribution: 35% Sm, 60% Co and 5% Fe & Cu
2)SmCo Magnet(Samarium Cobalt magnet) has superior resistance to high temperature(max temp reaches 350 degree centigrade). When working at above 180 degree centigrade, its maximum energy product BH and temperature stability are superior than NdFeB magnet.
3) Manufacturing process: Samarium Cobalt rare-earth (SmCo) magnets are manufactured by using
powder metallurgy techniques which offer the best value when comparing performance and size in high temperature or adverse environments. They are higher in cost, but magnetically very strong and typically allow for dimensional reductions. They offer excellent corrosion resistance and typically do not require a surface treatment.
4) Excellent resistance to corrosion, no coating is needed for the surface protecting.
5) SmCo magnet is suitable for machines with high magnetic requirements and good for strict working environment requirements
6) Application: All sorts of SmCo are used in the electronic magnetron, magnetic transmission, magnetic treatment, magnetron, etc
7) Certificate: ISO 9001 quality system and CE.
